• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 4–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
• Any applicable taxes or duties are included in the total price shown at checkout.
• We may offer free shipping during promotional periods, subject to terms.

4. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
• If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

5. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier delays, or external factors may occur. We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Report it within 24 hours of delivery
• Email us at info@reyanshfab.com with your order number and clear photos/videos
• We will investigate and offer an appropriate solution based on the case
