At ReyanshFab, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and quality control processes, we follow a strict No Return.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return/Refund, Policy

All products sold on www.reyanshfab.com are non-returnable, non-refundable unless the item delivered is:

• Damaged
• Defective

  Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
  
  
  

Requests for return or exchange will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, style, size issues, or change of mind.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

You must provide:

• Order number
• A clear image or video of the received product showing the issue
• Your contact details

Once verified, we will offer a resolution in the form of a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued in such cases.

3. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for replacement:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

ReyanshFab reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Eligible Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Accessories or personal-use items due to hygiene concerns
