Cancellation Policy

At ReyanshFab, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our operations and fast order processing, we follow a strict cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time frame, the order is processed and forwarded to our dispatch team, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please ensure that the cancellation request is made promptly within the 1-hour timeframe.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Refusing to accept a delivered package will result in forfeiture of the product amount and may affect future orders.

4. Prepaid Order Cancellations

For prepaid orders canceled within the valid window, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, after verification.

5. ReyanshFab Rights

ReyanshFab reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Payment issues
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
